A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee met and reviewed the following 1985--86 budgets:
City Treasurer City Hall
Mayor City Council
City-County Planning Board of Adjustment
City Attorney City Court
General Fund Revenue
Civil Defense-- recommend the discontinuance of the siren.
Storm Sewer Debt Retirement (20 mills)
FAP Bond Debt Retirement ( 3 mills)
Light District #2 - recommend a 70% increase for 1985--86, from
$12,887 to $21,908 to cover the increased cost of maintaining the
residential lighting.
Light District #3 - recommend no assessment for 1985--86, as there
is sufficient cash reserves due to a. decrease- _n r. F ins er,ance costs.
