B. Others present- Ernie Davis , Dave Michaels
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The Committee reviewed three applicants for Pool Mamnager.The.applicants were
Anne Easton , Cindy Meccage , and Jan Keller.
The Committee decided to hire Cindy Meccage and Jan Keller as Co-managers at a
salary of $700.00 per month.They will be required to work as both managers and
life guards.
Basket people will recieve $3.35/hr.
1st year lifeguards $3.40/hr.
Returning lifeguards $3.50/hr.
Anne Easton will be hired as Park Recreation Director at $4.25/hr.for a total of
$1,200 for the program.
The Committee will meet at 5 P.M. May 15,with the co-managers to select lifeguards
and basket people.
Discussed need to set up written policy and rules for both personell and users.
Meeting adjourned at 8 P.M.
