A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Riverside Park ;
Discussed "rental houses".As far as we can determine we have no rental agreements
on either of the two houses nor do we collect any rent.The Committee feels that
something should documented.
A sign and a ditch have been placed across the road around the south end of the
Rifle Club backstop to help eliminate illegal dumping and "keggers".
Bob Western .., !Joni Larrin
Murray Park ;
Signs have been put up to try to keep pedestrians out of the park until the
new grass is established. .
Discussed the need to reseed some sections.
Some sprinkler heads need adjusting.
Someone has beet dumping used motor oil along the East edge of the park killing
the new gra.as.This will be stopped.
Nutting Park ;
The Girls Softball Teague needs more parking area and would like permission
to remove the old soccer goal posts as they have had accidents involving them.
They would also like to present a proposal to develope a four diamond field on the
undeveloped park west of town.
Swimming Pool ;
Pool will open June 1.
The Committee chairman and Dave Michaels will review the applications for pool
managers and make a recommendation to the Committee.The new managers will then
help select pool peraonell.
