A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee reviewed the following 1985--86 preliminary budgets:
Cemetery
Library
City Clerk
It was recommended that one-full-time person be hired to work in
the cemetery, parks, water and sewer system starting July 1, 1985.
Dates were set to review the following 1985--86 preliminary budgets:
Monday, April 15th - Police Department at 7:00 p.m.
Fire Dept. at 8:30 p.m.
Tuesday, April 16th - Park Dept. at 4:30 p.m.
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, April 29, 30 and May lst
at 7:00 p.m. - Streets, Water, Sewer, Solid Waste
Meeting adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
