A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
GARAGE SALE SIGNS OR THE LIKE:
signs be disallowed on south an

Committee recommends that such

CONCRETE WORK: Jim will check into what we can do to put out
our concrete work to be bid on. Will check for a yearly bid
on piecemeal bids.
CHIP SEAL MAP: Jim recommends making up a City-wide map to
be used for the chip seal program. Jim, Ernie and Andy will
do this.
MAPPING VALVE BOXES & MANWAY LIDS: Jim recommends finding and
mapping valve boxes and the manway lids on lst Avenue and on
Main before the State overlays it.
SELL PORTA PATCHER: Ernie will put ads to sell the porta
patcher in the Outlook, Billings Gazette and Spokane papers.
He will also send notices and literature to several city
engineers, including Billings.
