A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee met to review the final specs before advertising
for bids.
The local insurance agents reviewed the preliminary specs and
several suggestions were included in the final draft.
An advertisement will be put in the Outlook March 20th and the
final draft will be distributed to the local agents by March 15th.
Health insurance specs will be mailed to the companies that bid
two years ago and any other agent or company requesting one.
June 4th.
Meeting adjourned at 5:05 p.m.
