A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
FIRE DISTRICT #8
174,624 taxable valuation
11.3 mills = 1,973 1985-86
This is a decrease from one year ago. 52 dwellings are in this
district. District #8 is in the process of renaming their area and
roads.
The district will meet to finalize the $1,973 figure at the annual
meeting.
AIRPORT AUTHORITY:
14,723 taxable valuation
11.3 mills = $166
Two new buildings are not on the tax rolls at this time.
REVENUE SHARING: Committee recommends to the Budget/Finance
Committee putting $50,000 into the truck fund.
ASPHALT SUPPLY: Check to see what the license allowed when it
was issued.
The committee feels that we should seriously consider a special
assessment for emergency services as our City grows.
