A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
I. GEL PROPERTIES want a letter from City to permit them to install
a 2 inch storm drain on 7th Avenue. Committee recommends if
Jim finds this to be OK.
II. TURN ON FEE: Committee recommends the adoption of this ordinance.
III. SECOND CALL OUTS: Tabled at this time. Jim, Dave and Ernie
will work with the public and plumbers.
Meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
