A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee met and reviewed the preliminary specs before sending them
to the local insurance agents for their comments. Upon receiving any
recommendations from them, the final specs will be prepared and distributed
to the local carriers, and an advertisement for bids will be put in the
Laurel Outlook.
Meeting adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
