A quorum.0 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
1) BARBARA SMITH had a water leak and wanted an adjustment on her
water bill. This would have amounted to approximately $4.
Committee recommends no adjustment be allowed based on past
decisions.
2) K-DECORATORS Joe has negotiated $15,000 final payment. This
is a $5,000 penalty. Committee recommends this settlement.
3) CHANGE ORDER #4 WASTEWATER. TREATMENT PLANT Committee recommends
the change order for the chain hoist if it is EPA funded.
4) RESERVOIR Committee recommends going out for bid to paintthe
outside of the tank.
5) WATER SYSTEM ANALYSIS HKM is working on the system at this
time.
6) HIGH SCHOOL METER Ernie or-Dave will check the meter reading
to eliminate any future problems.
7) METER TEST BENCH
Approximately $2,000 cost for the bench.
Location is a problem.
Dave will get a cost on a location at water plant,
meters needed, and meter parts.
8) WATER PLANT Dave will establish a comprehensive equipment
maintenance program.(per Larry Peterson's letter of June 12,
1984) This will be presented to committee in March.
