I am attaching the latest update of the agenda for the annual conference October l 1-13 in
Missoula. We have made some changes in the roster of speakers and moved some of the
workshops and social events to accommodate some late cancellations.
The President's Reception will be on Wednesday, with the Annual Banquet scheduled for
Thursday.
We will play the golf tournament this year at the Missoula Country Club, one of the best
18-hole layouts in Montana. The head Professional has put together a special deal for the
League, which includes 18- holes of golf, cart rental and lunch all for $50 per player. We
hope to have a good showing for this event, and we ask those intending to play to contact
the League Office in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Planning for the conference is going well. Missoula is looking forward to hosting
delegates from cities and town across the state, and the Mayor, Council and staff are
hoping for a record attendance.
