BE IT RESOLVED By the Town Council of the Town of Laurt
Section 1. That a --- temporary ------- _-sidewalk is necessary along the.________- ve 9 t -------------------------------- side of

is hereby ordered to be constructed as required b
y the ordinances of the town along the said street and in front of

passage of this resolution:

BLOCK LOT SUBDIVISION OWNER
Section 2. That the Street Commissioner shall notify each owner of the above mentioned property in
the manner required by ordinance.
Section 3. That. in -case -the said sidewalk or any portion thereof shall not be constructed within the
number of days above mentioned, thefTown Council shall let the contract.for.t he
construction of the,same and the cost thereof shall be assessed as a special tax against the property in front of
which said walk shrill be laid and shall be collected in the manner required -by law.
