A Resolution Providing for and Requiring the Construction of a.. .....Sidewalk In Accordance
With the Ordinances of the Town of Laurel Bordering the Property Herein Described
BE IT RESOLVED By the Town Council of the Town of Laurel:
Secti 1. That a -_Sidewalk is necessary along the -------- ' .................side of
-, . ----.----------------------------- --------- bordering the property hereinafter described; and that the same
is hereb ordered to be constructed as required by the ordinances of the town along the said street and in front of
the following described property, by the owners thereof, within...........................days from and after the
passage of this resolution:

BLOCK LOT SUBDIVISION OWNER
Section 2. That the Street Commissioner shall notify each owner of the above mentioned property in
the manner required by ordinance.
Section 3. That in case the said sidewalk or any portion thereof shall not be constructed within the
number of days above mentioned,.the Street and Alley committee of the Town Council shall let the contract for the
construction of the same and the cost thereof shall be assessed as a special tax against the property in front of
which said walk shall be laid and shall be collected in the manner required by law.
