A Resolution Providing for and Requiring the Construction of $..-temporary Sidewalk In Accordance
With the Ordinances of the Town of Laurel Bordering the Property Herein Described
BE IT RESOLVED By the,Town Council of the Town of Laurel:

criUed property, by the owners thereof, within days from

Section 2. That the Street Commissioner shall notify each owner of the above mentioned property in
the manner required by ordinance.
Section 3. That in case the said sidewalk or any portion thereof shall not be constructed within the
number of days above mentioned, the Street an%l Alley committee of the Town Council shall let the contract for the
construction of the same and the cost thereof shall be assessed as a special tax against the property
which said walk shall be laid and shall be collected in the manner required by/ slaw. adjacent to
