A Resolution providing for the holding of a special election for the
purpose of voting upon the application of the Eastern Montana Electribc
Railway Company for a. franchise to construct, maintain and operate an
electric railway within.the'Town of Laurel.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council bf the Town of Laurel:
' Section, 1, Tha t on the 4 day of

which time there shall be submitted to the resident freeholders of the
N Town whose names appear on the count tax''roll

and assigns, the right to construct, maintain and operate an electric

Section 2-Any said resident freeholder shall not be permitted
