Laurel, Montana. December 7th, 1915.
The City Council met in regular session at the Ccuncil
Chambers of the City Hall at ,>ight c'elcek P.".
The meeting was called tc crder by Maycr Stripp.
Present, Aldermen, Laird, Hcren, Davis, canner and Jacobs.
The minutes cf last meetingw:erB read and approved as corrected.
The Treasurer's Repc,rt fcr the month of Octcber was read and
approved as corrected.
The Treasurer's Report for the month of November was read and
approved as read.
The Report of the Pclice Judge for the month cf ',cvember was
read and approved a:. read.Settergren reported on plates for
sidewalk corssings. it was mr..ved, seconded and carried, that the
committee be instructed tc crder plates recommended by committee
for c.•.ver drains at sidewalks.
Ccmmunicaticn from Riddcch & Haley reque.,ting license was read.
It was mcved, seconded and carried, that said cc munication be

referred to clerk tc nc tify Riddcch & Haley that their application was -a y`�^
Dead in-1proper farm.
On motion duly made, seconded and carried, the clerk was instructed
tc return the Storm warrant in the sum of .$12.00 to '£Told-Kassner Co.,
with nctice that that is all that is due and the City cannot pay mere.
The Clerk was directed to write to MlcLaughlin & O'Neil, directing
WHAT"
them tc put in a bill tc the Ccuncil forAsidewalk on Rev. Shevelin's
prcY-:erty, and alsc bill for street and alley crossings, as bonds cannot
be issued for the same, warrants will be is.,uec fcr the proper amounts.
It was regularly i,cved, secc.nded and carried, that a special
election he called tc issue 612000.00 funding bends, and that John E. Price
& Co. be notified tc prcce..d with legal work free of charge to the City.
Communication from C.E.Shipman with reference to approval cf the
backfilling cr District: "?c . 12, 13 & 14, and recommanding that flush
tank cn Fcurth _Avenue be repaired before the bend cf' the Security Bridge
Company is releised, was reac.;. A meticn was duly made, seconded and carried,
that said repert be tabled.

A motion was duly made, seconded and carried, that Ceneral
Fund warrant, No 2701, in the sum cf $7.50, issued tc Skauge-Olson
;Vierc . Co., _pug. 4th, 1915, be canceled a .d a new warrant on Police
Fund be issued instead.
The fcllc.^yin[ bills were read and al=:cwcd, P.nd war rants ordered
issued on the respective funds.
