The City Cc.uncil met in regular session at the Council Chambers
of the City Hall at eight o'clock P.M.
Meeting called tc order by .,Taycr Stripp.
Present, Aldermen, Laird, Davis, Hcren, Kanner & 1-0-Eeter.

submitted by the committee be submitted tc the r ccmmissicnE4-, fcr
their approval.
The City Clerk instructed tc •, rite to some cf the older cities
tc ascertain the life of the kind cf meters this City is using.
Resclutic n n?c . 102, rel<,tin tc the transferring of money, to
wit, the sum cf x5.200.00 from the ?xecutive fund tc the Pclice Fund
for the pur ;cse of paying debts was read. A motion was duly mnade that
said Resolution be finally passed as read. Urcn roll c --ll the vdte
stood as follows;
Ayes; Laird, Hcren, H:,nner and Hageter.
Noes; Ncne.
Absent; Jacobs.
Final Estimate submitted by the City T'n inec. cn Districts No.
12, 13 & 14 was read, and approved a re,.d. A moticn was duly made,
seconded and carried, that warrants be ordered issued for the full
amount, but that *1000.00 be withheld until the wcrk is accepted.
