Laurel, Montana, Junei 8th, 1915,
The City Council met in special session pursuant to
Section 7 or Resolutinn 91 for the purpose of hearing and
passing upon protests aganinst the creation of Special
Improvement District No. 15 and the passage of said Resolution
No. 91 at eight o'clock P.M. at the Council Chambers of the
City Hall.
Meeting called to order by the acting Mayor.
Present, Alderman Davis Horen/L,�ird/Hannerk*Hageter.
Reading of the :minutes hof last meeting were dispensed.
The acting Mayor appointed the following mmittee to
canvas the protests filed with the City Clerk and submit their
report in writing to the City Council;
Committee:
Davis, Hageter and Hanner.
Report of the above committee being filed and read.
A motion was made and seconded that the report filed with the
clerk be approved and accepted and that the clerk be instructed
to prepare an ordinance creating the said district as set out
and described in Ordinance No. 91 relating to Improvement
District No. 15. to.be presented at the next regular meeting of
the City Council on June 15th. Upon roll call the vote stood as
follows;
Yes;- Dgvis, Horen, Laird, Hanner, and Hageter.
No;- None.
Absent;- None.
Adjounned on motion duly made, seconded and carried.
