Laurel, Montana. Deceriber 13th, 3916.
The City Ccuncil met in special session at the Council
Chambers of the City Hall at 8 P. Y I
The meeting was called to order by Layor Laird.
The following Alderman were present; Lamb, Davis, Horen
and Hanner.
Reading of minutes of last meeting dispensed with.
A notion ras made, seconded and carried that Attorney
B. L. Price be employed. to represent the City of Laurel in the
injunction proceedings instituted by Nettie B. Held..
A mot. -Jon liias rade, seconded. and carried instructing the
Ifayor to employ Attorney B. L. Price to draw up proceeding in
conrection with thelightning district.
Resignation of W. L. A. Calder read and -accepted or motion
duly made, seconded and cara1ed.
Communication frorf; City Engineer, B. C. Lillis, regarding
prices on pipe and pumping plant intakes was read and ordered
filed on motion duly made, seconded and carried.
Adjourned on motion duly made, seconded and ca-rried..
