There �,rere present Aldermen_ Horen, Sheilds, Davis, Jacobs and Hanner.

Communication from the Montana Power Co statin that they were
ac-ain billing us 4` 87 .15, the amount deductef from their last Wonths
power bil ,;as they st ted that they had comm,_ lied with their contract.
A �t,,otion was duly rnwde,secor_ded and car -Lied that clerk be instructed
to write the Montana Power Loom -any that they faile,t to su Aly the City
with"sufficient voltave to run the pump at all times and for the same
reason we were compelled to run the rump a. longer period to get the
a::-Ylie results if the voltage would have been stornger.

read. A motion was duly made,seconded and carried that the petition be
placed on file and that the clerk prepare the neves ary _esolutions
for the creation of the said district.

made and seconded that ' the aid r; solution be passed and a1 roved us
read. Upon roll call the vote stood as follows:

tabled ,as the Council wished to have furth--r time in which to
consider the ::ia,tter,until neat :netting.
