July 25 th.1916.
City Council metin special session at Calder's office at
eight o'clock P.11. for the purpose of accepting the final estimate
on Special Improvement nistrict No 18 d1d discharging the contractor;
and for appointment of judges and Clerks for Special election to
be held on the 27 th. day of July 1916.
Meeting caked to order by the 11--yor.
There were present the following aldermeng Davis , Horen,
Sheilds and Jacobs.
Minutes of last meeting were dispensed with.
The water,power and sewer committed reported that they #ad gone
over the work in Special Improvement District No 18 and round evLry
thing in good condition m d reccomended that the City Council accept
the Job,an.d authorise the Mayor and Clerk to execute bonds in the
sum of 1,877.78 and delive the same to the contractor as his con—
tract pricw fom the said work and -material.
A motion was duly made aeconded and carried thatthe work done
by McLaughlin & O'Neil on special imrrovement district No 18 be
accepted by the City and that the MAyor and Clerk be ins1- ucted
to execute and d liver to the Contractor bonds in the sum of
$ 1,877.78 being their contract price for the same.
The foll owing Judge and Clerks were appointed by the Mayor
and approted by the Council .
