July 13 th.1916.
City Council met in special session at the council chambers
at eight o'clock P.M. pursuant to provisions of resolution Koll7
for the purpose of considering protests in the creation of
''pecial Imrpovment Distrct No 23.
Meeting was called to aider by the Mayor.
Aquorom not being pesent meeting was adjourned to meet
at the next regular meeting at the 18 th. July.
