June 20th.1916.
City Council met in �ralgular session at the Council Chambers
of the C ty Hall at eight o'clock P.M.
Me::ting was called to order by the Mayor.
There were present the .follo :ging ald rine n:
Davis;Laird;Jacobs and Sheilds.,and Manner.
Minutes of last meeting redd and approved on motion duly
madd seconded and c=riadl.
Resolution :To 113 r,3l ,tin to 5:Dz-:;.-. -iid alk Improve-
ment District No 21 was read A motion was duly made and
seconded that the said resolution ne finall-y rise, and
approved as read. Upon roll call the vote stood as follows:
Yes ; Davis,Lair;I,Jacobs,Sheilds,and Hanner.
No ; None
Absent; Horan.
Resolution No 114 relating to Special Siddwalk Improve-
ment District No 22 was read . A motion was duly Made zAd
seconded that the said resolution be finally passed and
ap,roved as read. Upon roll call the vote stood as follows;
Yes ; Davis,Laird,Jacons,Sheilds and Hanner.
Ho ; None.
Absent; Horan.
Standard Specifications as opmended and nodified adopted
on motion dully madeseconded and carried.
Resolution No 115 providing for special election :Por
the purpose og voting upon the question of whether or not the
City of Laurel Shall establish and maintian a Arne public
library within the City of Laurel was read. A motion was
duly made and seconded that the said resolution be passed
,�,nd ap-roved as read. Upon roll call the vote stood as follows;
Yes ; Laird,Davis,Bheilds,jacobs and Hanner.
No ; None

Reslottion No 116 relating to the transfering of Money s
from the .executive to the Park Fund wasread . A motion was d
dully made and seconded that the said resolution be passed
and ap-roved as read, Upon roll call the vote stood as follows;

Ordinance No 131 creati4g Special Improvement District No 21
was read . A motion was dully made and seconddd that the said ordinance
be passed and approved as read. Upon roll call the vote stood as
follows;

Absent ; Horen.
Ordiance No 132 creating Special Improvement Distirct No 22
was read. A motion .,:was dully made and seconded that the s�vid
ordinance be passed and approved as read. Upon roll call'the vote

(3) of the Twon site of East Laurel know as the Old German School
grounds.
