clerk be instructed tc post nc tices c f the gener^1 election
of t _e City cf Laurel, t( be held on the 3rd day of April,
1916, for the purpose of elcct,inE, an alderman fcr each of the
three wards for a term of twc years, and that the said nc tices be
prepared and posted ten days prier to the day of said election
in each cf' the three respective wards.
