The Alderman were present: Price, Lamb Dw�ris,
Hannar and Dix.
Minutes of the last two meetings read approved.

Clerk instructed to con.municate with him in regard to protests
filed against the creation of Special Improvement District.-,
Nos. 19, 20, 21, 22 & 24.
Co from C. H. Green in regard to the cancel.lina,
of 'his bond was read. On supported motion the Clerk was instr-act-
ed to return surety bond to C. H., Green upon deliver,, of his paving
contract properly cancelled.

A rection was made by Davis and seconded by Hannar that Res-
olution No. 125 as read be passed and adopted. Upon roll call the
vote stood as follows:
Aye: Dix, Hannar, Davis, Lamb and. Price.
Nay: None
Absent: Ryan.

20, Desj;gnat-ing the boundaries thereof as defined by Resolution
No. 109, passed by the City Council of the City of Laurel, and
referring to said Resolution of Intention for -further particulars,
was Lntroduced and read.
A motion was made by Hannar and seconded by Davis that oRes-

Whereupon Resolution No. 126 was declared adopted and was

City attached.

21, designating the boundaries thereof as defined by Resolution
No. 113, passed by the Coty Council of the City of Laurel, and
referring to said Resolution of intention for further particulars,
was introduced and read.
A motion was made by Lamb and seconded by Dix that Reso.'_zt-ion
No. 127 as read be passed and adopted. Upon -rol-I call the votle
