Laurel, Montana,, - January 3rd, 1917.
The City Council meet in special session at the Council
Chambers of the City Hall at eight o'clock P. P.7.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Laird.
There were present Alderman, Lamb;Davis; Horen; Dix; Hanner & Jacobs.
Reading minutes of previous meeting; dispensed with.
A motion was made and seconded that Riddoek & Haley be
granted retail liquor license for a period of three months from
Jan. lst, 1917, provided they conduct their business according
to law. On roll call the vote stood as follows;
Yea; Davis; Dix; Hanner & Jacobs.
No ; Lamb & Horen.
A motion was rade, seconded and carried that bond of Riddock
and Haley in conne ctiorn with their saloon business be approved.
Adjourned on motion duly made, seconded and carried.
City Clerk.
