The Cit. -)7 Council met in regular session in the City Hall and was called to Oeucz by the Ylayor at c o -'clock P.M. The following Alderman were present; Sande, Davis, Gill, Price and Alden. The minutes of last meeting dere read, and a motion was duly made , seconded and carried. that they be approved as read. This being the time and Place for opening bids for the fur- nishing of electrical current for street and alley lighting, for lighting the City buildings and for power for the pumping plant the Clerk proceeded to open the bid of the Monta.ia. Pocier Co.that being the only bid submitted, a copy of which is to be placed on file in the office of the City- Clerk and is herebJ declared to be a part of these m:Lnutes, and reference to which is hereby made for futther particulars. A motion -,vas duly made and secondee ;.hat the bid of the Montana, rarer Co. ►:e accepted and that the Mayor and Clerk bb authorized to The Yonyana Power Co. enter into contract with/in accordance with '-heir bid. A roll call resulted as follows; Yes Sande, Davis, Gill, Price and Alden. No None Absent Ahlstrom The contract was therefore awarded to The Montana Power Co. This being: the time and place for opening bids for the con- struction of improvements in Special improvement District No 26, # the Clerk proceeded to open the 'bid of the Security Bridge Cothat being the only bid submitted, as follows; 6" mater main per lineal foot' $1.45 Hydrants each 4100.00 o" Gate valve and box $42.00 A motion was duly :Wade and seconded that the above bid be accepted and that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to enter into contraetwith the said Security Bridge Co for the construction of the i;�jprovements.
