Laurel, Montana, Sept. 3rd, 1918.
The Cit., council met in regular session at the council
chamber in the City hall.
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 6 o'clock
P.M.. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approvdd.
The reports of Police judge and chief of Police were read
motion being duly made seconded and carried, same were a0opted as rea
A resolution levying the taxes was introduced and read,
motion duly made and seconded that same be adopted
Roll call Yes- Price Ahlstrom David Alden Sande and Gill
No None
Absent- None
Resolution declared adopted.
Resolution levying taxes for Sprinkling District introduced
and read motion duly made and seconded that same be adopted
Roll call Yes Price, Alden. Davis, Ahlstrom , Sande and 11

Absent- None Resolution declared adopted.
Application of R.T.Brown for the appointment as night Tvatch-
man presented
The Mayor submitted his appointment, and a motion was duly
made seconded and carried that same be ratified.
A motion was duly made seconded and carried that a crossing
be put in across second Ave.
A motion was duly made seconded IMMMIXed that tYaUJ& reso-
lution No. 143 , being a resolution of intentionto create Special
Im-pr-ovemerit District NO. 26 be passed
A motion was duly made seconded 11*54110 d that resolution
No. 144 being a resolution of intention to create Improvement Distric
` No, 27 be passed.
