The City Council met in adjourned session at the
Council Chamber in the City Hall at 5:30 o'clock P.'kT.
The meeting was c"lled to ordef by the Uayor.
The following aldermen lfvere present; Davis, Hannar
and Price.
Their being no quorum present, on supported motion
the meeting was adjourned to meet at 9:30o'clock A.11. on
Thursday April 4th, 1918.
