LAUREL? MONTANA.1ARCH8th, 1918.
The City Council met pursuant to adjournment at
the Council Chamber in the City Hall at 8 o'clock, P. M
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor.
The following councilmen were present; Price, Ryan,
Dix and Davis; Absent Lamb and Hannar.
Motion was made by Price and seconded by Davis tthat
Resolution -# 135 providing for the creation of Special
Improvement Lighting District # 1 be put upon its passage
at this adjourned session without reference.
Upon roll call the vote stood as follows;
Aye; Price, Ryan, Dix and Davis.
Nay; None
Absent; Lamb and Hannar.
The same being the unanimous consent of all
councilmen present.
Lotion was made by Davis and seconded by Dix that
Resolution fir` 135, being a resolution of intention to oreate
Special Improvement Lighting District # 1 be passed and
adapted as read.
Upon roll call the vote stood as follows;
Ayey Price, Ryan, Dix and Davis.
Nay; None.
Absent; Lamb and Hannar.
Upon the vote being announced the Mayor declared
the motion carried and the said resolution passed and
adapted.
Adjourned on Motion made, econde: carried.
