. The City c; )uncil met in regular session in the City
hall at 8 o'clock P/ T/
The meeting was called to order by the I<<Iayor.
_she following aldermen were present; Price, Lamb,
Hannar, Dix and Davis.
`.i.'he treasurers report for the month of november
was read and upon motion made, seconded and carried was accepted.
The police Judge 's and Chief of Police rep(gsrts
for the month of December were read and upon motion made,
seconded and carried were accented.D
Petition of 1ulff & Poole for renewal of retail
liquor license read and approved.
T'otion made, seconded and carried that a committee
be appointed to co��fer with I. P. officials regarding shoot
under tracks at lst Ave. Mayor appointed Davis, =trice and
Dix to act on such committee.
Kotion made, seconded and carried that the City
Engineers estimate of special Improvement 21 be a})proved
after proper deductions and the Clerk be instructed to
draw warrants in payment of same.
Lotion made, seconded and carried that if the
County taxes have not been ;paid, the clerk be authorized
to issue a warrant for same.
The following bills were audited, and upon motion
made, seconded and carried the clerk was instructed to draw
-warrants on the respective funds in payment of same.
