M. by the Mayor. The following Aldermen were present; Kenyon, Allstrom, Alden, iMorris, and Sande. Minutes of lash regular meeting were fead and on motion of Alderman Morris, seconded by Alderman Sande, the Minutes were accepted. Report of Treasater was presented and read, motion made by Alderman :Morris, Seconded by lderman Sande that report be adoptedq motion carried Moved by Alderman Sande, seconded by Alderman Kenyon that the Trea- sures report relatime to Improvement Districts be itemized semi-annually only instead of Monthly. Standing Qommittee reported on sidewalks that were completed to date, reported that in the Main the walks w8re in good condition there being some minor defects which colld be easily remidied. Final Estates do Districts No's 30, 33, 35, and stima.te No. 1 on District No. 34 were presented. Moved b Alderman Sande seconded by alderman Morris that the final estimate for istrict No. 30 be allowed, and the Mayor andlerk be in- tructed to issue Bonds in payment therefor as authorized by I- Ordinanee No. 188, and deliver same to the Citizen's National Bank. Moved by Ilderman Ahlstrom seconded by Alderman Alden that the final estimate for District leo. 33 be allowed, and the Mayor and t lerks'--.be in- tructed to issue #onds in payment therefor as authorized by Ordinance No. 190, and deliver the same to the Citizens National Bank. Moved by Alderman Kenyon seconded by Alderman Morris that the final estimate for District No. 35 be allowed and the Mayor and Clerk be in- tructed to issue Bonds in payment therefor as authorized by Ordinance No. 1929 and deli#er the same to the qitizens National Bank Moved by Alderman Sande seconded by Alderman Alden es- timate tip. 1 on '�istrict No. 34 be allowed and the Mayor and lerk be instructed to issue Bonds in paymant therefor as authorized by Ordinance No, 191 and deliver the same to the Citizens National Bank. Knudson and Hels Vordahl appointed Aldermen for the new ward; Motion made by Sande seeonded by Morris that the petition be tabled intil next meeting when the proper ordinance will be placed before the Council, Ordinance No. ` An Ordinance providing that the Council may order .._.,: • in sidewalks to be paid for with long time warrants was read and referred to the Ordindnoe Qommittee who reported back Tecommend:ing that the Or- dinance be placed upon its first reading which was so ordered. Bond of W. 0. hones was presented and referred back to him for a different form. Moved by alderman Morris seconded by Alderman Kenyon that, the qlerk notify Mr, Hagerter that the plumbing in his new bgiliting will not be allowed to be connected to the City Water and Sewer Ruins unless the work is put in charge of a Master Plumber. a.e following bills were submitted and referred to the Auditing Com- mittee,_who reported after auditing the bills recommended that same be alloyed and that warrants be drawn for payment of same.
