Minutes of the City Council of Laurel
August 301 1919.
Pursuant to adjournment the Council met in the Council
Chambers at the 'City Hall, City of Laurel, Montana, at 5.30 otclock
P. M.
The following aldermen were present at roll call; Alden,
Kenyon, Sande and Ahlstrom. The Clerk announced a quorum present.
The City Engineer presented Final Estimates in Special
Izbprovement Districts Nos. 29 and 32, and Estimate No. 1 in Spec-
ial Improvement District No. 30, which were read.
Motion was made by Alderman Alden, seconded by Alderman
Sande that Final Estimate for Special Improvement District No. 29
be allowed and that the Mayor and Clerk issue bonds in payment of
same,as authorized by Ordinance No. 157, and deliver same to the
Citizens National Bank, Laurel, Montana. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Alderman Alden, seconded by Alderman
Sande that Final Estimate for Special Improvaent District No. 32
be allowed, and that the Mayor and Clerk issue bonds in payment of
same, as authorized by Ordinance No. 159, and deliver same to the
Citizens National Bank, Laurel, Montana. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Alderman Alden, seconded by Alderman
Sande, that Estimate No. 1 for Special Improvement District No. 30
be allowed, and that the Mayor and Clerk issue bonds in payment of
same, as authorized by Ordinance No.. 155, and deliver same to the
Citizens National Bank; Laurel, Montana. Motion_ carried.
A motion was trade by Alderman Ahlstrom, seconded by
Alderman Sande that we do now adjourn. Motion carried.
