Laurel, M nt. Feb 5th, 1918.
At a special meeting of the City Council called by the Mayor at
his office to hear the report of the committee that met with the
Lrountain States T & T Co's Manager with reference to their propose
improvements in the City, the committee reported favorably on the
application, q,motion was duly made and eeconded that the permit
be granted, but that the Mountain States T & T Co. be required to
string their wires and cables over Montana Ave. and Second Ave. so
that any building now erected in the City of Laurel Montana, may
be moved under the same without expense to the party morning said
building because of said wires or cables, a roll call resulted as
follows; -
Yes Davis, Price, Sande and gill.
No None.
Absent Alden and Ahlstrom.
Yotion declared carried.
A motion was duly made seconded and carried that we do now
adjourn.
Clerk.
Approved this day of 1919.
