Aldermen present were; Morris, vordah.l, -brohough, Knudsen, iageman, Sausman and .Bundy. Y It was moved and seconded that the reading of the minutes of the two preceeding meetings be deferred until the adjourned meeting of June 22nd. Ldotion carried. The committee reported, that they had no report to make and asked to be continued. Moved, seconded and carried that the committee be continued. The Committee appointed to investigate the comp- laint of E. 0. Gates, relative to the location of the hydrant, in front of his building reported recommending that said hydrant be moved to a place in front of the City Hall, to be designated by the City Engineer. Moved and seconded that the report of the committee be adopted, and that the City Engineer proceed to fix the location of the hydrant and report at a later meeting of the council. Upon roll call all Aldermen voted "Aye" and the said motion was declared carried. The communication of 1. E. Gilpin, relative to leasing space in the City Park, for Automobile purposes was read. Moved and seconded that the same be placed on file. Motion carried. The communication of W. L. A. Calder, City Attorney requestin allowance of stenographer fees, was read. I-iloved by h1orris, seconded by Knudsen, that %r. Older be allowed y>50.00 per month for such item. Motion carried. Estimate iJo. 3, on Special Improvement District ivo. 38, was submitted by '. A. iiigney, City Engineer, the amount of said estimate being ,573.85. It was moved and seconded that the estimate be allowed and the Clerk be instructed to issue bonds to cover the same. ivotion carried. It was moved by Vordahl, that a committee be appointed to go to Millings and secure the necessary pipes and fittings for the completion of the installation of the pipe at the intake of the City 'stater System. Seconded and carried. The Idayor appointed the already existing Pinance and purchasing committee. The Mayor brought up for discussion the question of inffrcement of the curfew ordinance. }x. Calder Suggested that the matter stand as at present until the nest meeting and that he would report the status of the ordinances, to the council. ivo motion offered,
