The minutes of the regular meeting of July 29, 1921, and of
the special meeting of July 27th. were read and as Mr. Niedekorn had
not signed the minutes, the Clerk was instructed to communicate with
-Yx. Niedekorns by Faire if necessary, and have minutes signed by next
meeting.
The Mayor instructed the Clerk to read the reports of offi-
cers. The report of Geo, iiudson, police judge, was read and approved. Officers

Lions when it was not practical to get crushed gravel, that the arorc

The Clerk read a communication. from the First National Bank -Go
of Columbus 2 Chia, relative to bonds on Special Improvement District
No. 3. the Clerk was instructed to write the bank that the accounts Bonds
of the city were now being audited and that the funding bond issue
was under gray and that it was hoped that a settlement of their claim. Dist. 3-.
would be made at an early date.
The request of the Quest Hardware Company to erect a sign
south of the Towrist Park near the intersection of Main Street and west Heine.

Alderman Bundy reported to the Council that reports had been Conduct
received by hire that Chie f of .iolice , Jake fifer, had been reported as chief 'of,
being guilty of miscondueg of office while-or . duty. After lengthy-.ais-

filed their complaint in vrriting, at which time the Council would con-
