Mrs Weider,proprietress of the Weider-rooming house appeared be-
fore the Council relative to ber license for conducting the said Wei- Neider {
der ' rooma Payment thereof having been previously' refused on the grounds Rooms

ing their respective licenses. After some discussion of the matter by license.
