The Public Works Committee meeting was called to order at 6:07pm on Monday, July 17, 2023, by Committee
Chair, Heidi Sparks.
Members Present: Heidi Sparks- Chair, Iry Wilke- Vice -Chair, Jodi Mackay, Emelie Eaton, Aron Kostelecky,
Jon Gotschall

General Items
1. Approval of Minutes from April 17, 2023. Iry Wilke made a motion to approve the minutes of April
17, 2023. Motion was seconded by Emelie Eaton. Motion carried 6-0 to approve the minutes.
2. Approval of Minutes from May 15, 2023. Iry Wilke made a motion to approve the minutes of May 15,
2023. Motion was seconded by Jon Gotschall. Motion carried 6-0 to approve the minutes.
3. Approval of Minutes from June 19, 2023. Iry Wilke made a motion to approve the minutes of June 15,
2023. Motion was seconded by Emelie Eaton. Motion carried 6-0 to approve the minutes.

6. Emelie- Per Matt, Riverside Park is bringing in $1300 per day for the river cleanup and the city boat is
bringing in $800 per day. The $1300 is strictly from the cleanup, does not consider camping income.
