for the season beginning :-.ay lst,1921 and terminating August 31st, Special
1921 were ordered into effect as follows ;
on all` metered residential services a discount of 30% of 'u -.ter
'the gross amount of the bill, provided, however, that pay
ment of said bill is made on or before the 10th of the ?R=ite s
month following that for which service has been render-
ed.
on all flat rate residential services,aa additional
charge of $3.00 per lot,of fraction thereof,for the
season above designated,,payable on the lat day of June,
1921, No charge to flat rate; consumers will be made who
carry their water from an a j acent tap an. d. who have no
irrigating interests.
No restriction will be made upon the amount of water
consumed except that no consumer, either on flat rate
or metered will be allowed to use water for irrigp Ling
purposes between the hours of 9' P.M.- and 5 A,IdT.
The matter of purchasing some kind of vehicle for the water
department was refered' to the Finance and. Purchasing Connittee. Publishing
The Clerk was instructed to publish in the Laurel Outlook the
following Ordinance and notices; :notices
Sections six (6) and twenty ( 20.) of . article two ( 2)
relating publie safety.
Notice that all garbage and other unsanitary accumu-
lations must be hauled t o the public dumping grounds
