April 11th, 1921 the City Council met in persuance of the statute for the purpose of eanvas.e ing the election returns-` of, the City election held in the City of Laurel on the 4th day of April, 1921. Upon call to order the followin# Alderman were present I;enyo Xmdsen Brohaugh Morris Sausman Ha ge m The Clerk was then instructed to open the returns of the said elec- tion held on the 4th day of April, 1921 for the purpose of electing a Mayor,one Alderman from each of wards one (1) ,tw©, (2) ,,three (3) , four (4). one City `treasurer and one Police Judge each of said offices being for a term of two (2) years, After having canvassed said returns the follow ing was found to be a true and correct xeturnz First 'Nard -"""- Mayor G.F.
