The City Council of the City.of Laurel met in special
session in the Council Chamber at the City Hall fdr the purpose
of considering the gas rate and was called to order 'by Mayor
Frank Wright at 8:00 P. M., March 28, 1924
Upon roll call, the following Aldermen answered present:
Vordahl
Bundy
Clark
Hageman
Knudsen.

After some discussion of the gas rate as applied in
the City of Laurel, it was moved ara.d seconded that the City Clerk
be instructed to write the Public Service Commission and ask per-
mission to appear before them in their rate hearing at Billings
on or about April 12, 1922, at which time the Public Service
Commission was to hear the rate case in Billings. The motion
carried.
It was moved and seconded that we do now adjourn, The
motion carried.
