It was moved by "?uold. and seconded by Derry that said resolution be gassed and ado doted. Upon Toll call, all Aldermen present voted. aye and said resolution was declared passed and ado-voted. O1` 110. 322. 1?esolution 1]1o. 322, being a resolution levying and. assessing all the property embraced within Special Improvement Lighting District o. 1 with three-fourths of the cost of maintenance for the year 1925, was pr°esented and read. It was moved by Ooy and seconded by 'a'rold that said resolution be pro- visionally passed.
