'upon roll gall, all aildermen Present voted agile and said Ordinance was declared passed and ad o-o to d . resolution i o. 319, being resolution -prescribing the Lorna:, denomination and rate of interest of bonds of 8Pecial1provenientistric c o. 63, a r d providing for the time of redeiTotion of said bonds, was Presented and read. After some discussion, it was moved by Coy and seconded by Perry that said resolution be passed. and adopted. :ihe ?notion carried. sti gate !o. 19, 6pecial `ira1PrYovement District Eo. Harris, president of the Park City State Bank a.,,pearea_ before the Council to discuss the matter of bonds offered as surety by his bank, 1?fter a lengthy discussion, it as -noved by Coy and seconded by Chamberlin that the matter be referred to the I'l inance Committee. Knudsen to' pay the expense in case the City was not able to make a contract. Whereupon, the Mayor instructed the Clerk to write such a letter to Imo. Knuc en. After some discussion?of the City truck, it was moved. by told and seconded by ferry that the Mayor, City Clerk and Coy be auwhorized a committee to purchase the truck. The motion carr ied.. Barney Hageman appeared before the Council and re- .quested that the Fire Department be permitted to put on a carnival. After some discussion, it was moved by Gum and seconded by Chaxbe rlin that the request be granted. 'The motion was lost o The City treasurer requested instructions on the $169000.00 Liberty Bond held in trust for the American Bank. It was moved by Cop and seconded by :ferry that the City Treasurer be authorized to sell the bonds. The motion carried. It was moved by Wold and seconded by Berry that the City Treasurer be authorized to sell the 05,000#00 worth of Liberty Bonds in her possession and to return to the American' Bank any s-arplus over and etm-m the amount the City.
