Minutes of the City Council of Laurel
Laurel, Montana,
April 131 1925,
The City Council of the City of Laurel met in special
session in the Council Chamber in the City Hall to review the
returns of the election of April 6, 1925, and was called to
order by Mayor H, A. Carlisle at 5:40 of clock P. M. April 139
1925.
Upon roll call, the following Aldermen answered
present

Porter
Chamberlin
Gum
Perry j
Grades
The Mayor appointed as tellers. Chamberlin and Porter.

It was moved by Graves and seconded by Gharnberlin •that the report
of the committee be, adopted and that the officers be declared
elected as follows: H. C. Knudsen, Mayor; Vera-St-arm , Treasurer;
M. R. Cooper, Police Judge; R. E. Corr, Alderman First Ward;
F. A. Gum, Alders-an Second Ward; C. E. Perry, Alderman Third
Ward, J A. Hartley, Alderman Fourth Ward; and that the City
Clerk be instructed to issue certificates of election therefore.
The motion carried.
It was moved and seconded that we do now adjourn. The
motion carried.
