Porter .Chamberlin Gum Vordahl ferry Graves Hartley The minnt-es of November 35th were read and approved, The City Treasurer's report was pmesented and reed. It was moved by Gum and seconded by Porter that the report be approved. The motion carried. The report of the Police Officer was presented and read. It was moved by Hartley and seconded by Vordahl that the report be approved.. The .motion caxiied, The report of the Police Judge was presented and read. It was moved by Perry and seconded by Graves that the repeat be approved., The motion carried, I The report of , the Mater Commis'si.oner was presented and read, It Was moved: by Vord.ahl and seconded by Gum that the report be approved, The motion carried. Rigney 158.35 Ed Jones 5.00 I It was moved by Perry and seconded by Porter" that the report of _the Committee be adopted and that warrants be issued in the manner recommended by the committee. The motion carried. I Minutes of the City Council of Laurel m j Raurel, Montana, D6cember 60 192170 It was moved by Perry and seconded by Porter that the bills of State of Montana for 'S'75.00, Billings Gas Co « fox x;1.25 ? , Anderson & Grupe for 50,95, Guy Bray for $28.00, Vera Cturm for X50.00 and R. J. Williams for 625.00 be paid out of the Operating Fund. The motion carried. Mr, Pippnger appeared before the Council and stated that it was his understanding that the yearly license be cut in two the same as quarterly license. After some discussion, it was moved by Perry and s:edonded by Gum that Section 136 of the Revised Ordinances No. 228 be treated in the same manner as the regular quarterly license and correction be made by refund or adjustment for the year 1927.
