Minutes of the City Council of Laurel
Laurel, Montana,
October 251 1927.
The City Council of the City of Laurel met in Special
Session in the Council Chagaher in the Cite Hall and was. called to
order by Mayor James Kucera, at 7:30 P. M, October 251 1927.
Upon roil call, the following Aldermen answered present:
Gum
Vordahl
Chamberlin
Perry
Graves
The following resolution was presented and read:
RESOLVED,_ that the Trustees of the Fire Department Relief
Association of the City of Laurel, Montana, to-quit: R. E.
Stapleton, Reese Price, Frank Quilico, J. E. Boyer' and H. V.
Liveoap, be and they are hereby authorized to incorporate this.
Fire Department Relief Association in conformity with the pro-
visions of Chapter 129 of the Acts of the Twelfth Legislative
Assembly of the Mate of Montana and the laws amendatory
thereof., and for that purpose to file with the proper officers
Articles of Incorporation as rewired by law.
It was moved by Perry and seconded by Graves that the resolution
be passed. Upon roll call, all Aldermen present voted aye and
said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
It was moved and seconded that vie do now adjourn. The
motion carried.,
