Minutes of the City Council of Laurel
L-au xel, Montana,
October 18, ,1927
The City Council of the City of Laurel met in regulax
session in the Council Chamber in the City Hall and was called to
order by hflayor James Ku:cera at 8; 00 o'clock P. M. October 18, 1927.
Upon roll call, the following Aldermen answered present-
Veber
Chamberlin
Perry
V oxdah 1
Graves
The minutes. of September 24th and October 4th were read
and approved.

Mr. Tim Reardon, Mr. Smmett Vaughn and Mr. Rassler ap-
peared before the City Council to discuss the matter.of including
the City of Laurel in the drain ditch district, The City Attorney
explained that the Council had no jurisdietaon in the matter and it
was dropped.
The Ponnittee on Fire and Police reported that the siren
had been connected and that theg::)were having Mx, McDonald construct
an alternating switch,
Mx_. Perry stated that Anderson and DeGarmo would like to
have a signed contract for the storage of the `fire truck and equip-
ment It was moved by Perry and seconded by Graves that the Mayor
and City Clerk be authorized to sign the same kind of contract as
the previous one with Quilica Brothers, The motion carriedl
It was moved and seconded that we do now adj ourn, The
motion carried.
