CITY TREASURER.
Overdrafts exist in the funds of the City in the amount. of $239.550
The Treasurer should never pay a warrant unless there is sufficient
in the Fund on which it is drawn to pay it in full.
POLICE JUDGE.
The Police Fudge keeps a very unsatisfactory docket. It is loose
leaf and the pages- are not numbered. It is impossible to ascertain
if any pages or.. cases_ are missing. The record of the cases is not
written up as full as it should be. The pages in the docket are
mixed as to months and some are not dated. A record of several ' cases
was found outside the docket. The Council should order this docket
to be bond and paged,,and in the future all dockets should be in
bound books.
CITY LIBRARIAN
The Librarian does.not keep suitable records at the present time, but
L
