Minutes of the City Council of Laurel
Laurel, Montana,
November 13, 1928.
The City Council of the City of Laurel met in adjourned
regular meeting in the Council Chamber in the City Hall and was
called to order by Mayor James Kucera at 8:00 o'clock P M. Nov-
ember 13, 1928,_
Upon roll call, the following Aldermen answered present;
Perry
Chamberlin.
Vor dahl \
Weber
Hartley
The minutes of October 16th were read and approved.

The report of the City Treasurer was presented and read.
It was moved by Vordahl end seconded by weber that the report be
appr9ted and placed on file. The motion carried,
The report of the water Commissioner was presented and
read. It was moved by Perry and seconded by Hartley that the re-
part be apprg'aed and placed on file. The motion carried.
The report of the Police Judge was presented and read.
It was moved by Hartley and seconded by Chamberlin that the report
be ap gLVed and placed on file. The motion carried.
The report of the Police officer was presented and read.
It was moved by Vord.ahl and seco nded by Weber that the repo rt be
apprpteA and placed on fila.. The motion carried.
The bills for the month of October were referred to the
Finance Committee and after due deliberation the Committee reported
back recommending the payment of the following bills;

It was moved by Perry and seconded by Chamberlin that the r eport of
the committee be adopted and that warrants be issued in the manner
recommended by the Commi ttee. The motion carried.
It was moved by Perry and seconded by Ghamberlin that the bill of
Herbert Bailey for $3.80, Mont. Poer Co. $2.20, City Treasurer for
924.30,. Anderson Motor 06. for $17.50, and M. S. To & To Go, for
3.24 be paid out of the Operating Fund.. The motion carried.
The _ City Clerk was instructed to have forms written for
petitions for sewer connections,
The matter of putting in light at the intersection of
First Avenue and First Street and a drive way for 0. E. Perry were
referred to the Street and Alley Committee.
