The City Council of the City of Laurel :net in adjourned
regalar session in the Council Chamber in the City Ha'l 1 and was
called to order by Mayor Fames Kneera at 7:30 P. M. April 99 1928.
Upon roll call, the following Aldermen answer ed,,...present:
Perry
Graves
Chamberlin
Hartley
Tor dahl
Mr. Olson of the Midland Implement Company, appeared
before the Council and stated that he was shipping a car load
of corrugated culverts to Columbus and stated that he could de-
liver ten inch, sixteen. gauge for 75? per foot and twelve inch."
with flat bottom at 94 per foot. It was moved by Nordahl and
seconded by Perry that the City purchase three ten-inch and three
twelve-inch, thirty-foot each,, to be shipped in the car. The
motion carried,
A bill of Anderson Motor Company for $52.00 was pre-
sented and allowed.
After some discussion of the pumping contract, it was
decided to call Mr BrobaugU, After discussing the matter over
with him, it was moved "by Perry and seconded by Tor dahl that the
City increase his pay to $260.00 per month for the months of
May,, June., Juty, August and. September. The motion carried.
It was moved and seconded that we do now adjourn* The
motion carried.
